Public ledger / nodes
Participating node directory.
Each file in this directory is a small JSON record for one node on the federation: domain, operator handle, public key, and the date it first announced itself. Any verifier can use these public keys to check the signatures on transactions in /ledger/transactions/.
Status
Empty until federation Stage 2b ships. The first records will appear as
nodes complete the announcement protocol.
Node announcement format and key rotation rules are documented in the spec at ubi.vision.
